What makes our jams, jellies and dips so special?

What started out as a love of jamming and pickling 25 years ago, selling a few jars at the local farmers market to put myself thru design school has turned into a full time year round home production business. All of our products are made in small batches, we can control the quality of the ingredients and therefore the quality of the jams that we produce is outstanding.
Once you have eaten Crystal's jams, jellies and dips you will understand why these recipes have been handed down through generations. All of the jams, jellies and marmalades are made from high quality, all natural ingredients with no artificial preservatives. Each year we add new fruit and fruit blends, making for some of our very unique flavour combinations within our jam, jelly and marmalade line.
Our full line of Dips, rubs and mixes have been made with the freshest spices and ingredients available, individually measured so that your end result will be outstanding.
When time does not permit you to spend all day in the kitchen let us do the work and you reap the rewards.
